My application is not working, why? ​

Please make sure you have checked the following pre-requisites:

  • Working internet connection
  • NFC detection activated
  • Geolocation activated
  • Network-provided time zone and date
  • Your device can’t be rooted, running in debug or developer mode
  • The device you’re using must meet compatibility requirements explained in Compatibility Guide 

If you've checked all these pre-requisites and it still isn't working, please contact customer support and have your device information ready.
