You can open Tap to Pay and accept payments at any time once you have downloaded it on your device.
However, please make sure you have checked the following prerequisites:
- Your have a compatible Android device (To review compatibility rules, please review the compatibility guide)
- Working internet connection
- NFC detection activated
- Device unlock method has been defined
- Network-provided time zone and date
- Your device can’t be rooted, running in debug or developer mode
If you've checked all these prerequisites and it still isn't working, please contact customer support and have your device information ready.
Log in
Enter your login credentials then click on "Log In".
Please note that unless you log out or attempt to log in from another device, entering your credentials won't be required the next time you access the app.
Sync
Wait a few minutes until the App initializes and retrieves all of your relevant account data
