A new version of the Settlements page released on January 19, 2026 provides a more accurate view of settlements paid to merchants, with information that matches exactly what merchants receive on their bank accounts to facilitate reconciliation.
Introduction
The Settlements page allows users to explore and manage settlement data.
This guide walks you through how to navigate the page, apply filters, explore settlement details, and export settlement data.
Settlements Data
The Settlements page displays detailed information about each settlement. This information is visible in the table columns and in the details panel.
Settlement:
- Settlement ID: A unique identifier for the settlement. This ID can be used to filter transactions on the Acquired Transactions page to view all transactions included in a specific settlement.
- Settlement Date: The date when the settlement was paid into the merchant's bank account.
- Settlement Level: Indicates whether the settlement was paid at the Company level or Store level. The funding level is defined in the initial configuration.
- Settlement Type: The type of settlement processing applied. Possible values include NET, GROSS, INVOICED, and COLLECTED.
- Settled Amount: The net amount paid into the merchant's bank account.
- Currency: The currency in which the settlement was made.
- Transfer Label: The label that appears on the merchant's bank statement, allowing them to identify the settlement transfer.
Merchant:
- Account: The account associated with the merchant.
- Company: The company name of the merchant.
- Store: The specific store entity (if the settlement is at store level).
- Country: The country where the merchant is located.
- IBAN: The International Bank Account Number where the settlement was paid.
- BIC: The Bank Identifier Code of the merchant's bank.
View Key Numbers
The Settlements page displays key performance indicators at the top of the page, providing a summary of the settlement data based on the applied filters.
- Gross Amount: The total gross amount before any fees have been deducted.
- Acquiring Fees: The total acquiring fees deducted from settlements.
- Settled Amount: The total net amount paid to merchants after fees.
- Invoice Deduction (coming soon): The total acceptance fees deducted from settlements to reimburse previously invoiced fees.
These figures update dynamically based on the applied filters.
Apply Filters
The default filters at the top of the Settlements page help you quickly narrow down the settlements you want to view.
Default Filters
- Account: Select the account for which you want to view settlements.
- Company: Choose the company associated with the settlements.
- Store: Select the store involved in the settlements.
- Settlement Date: Set the date or date range for the settlements you want to view.
Additional Filters
For more refined results, click the "More" button to access additional filters in the filter panel.
- Settlement ID: Enter the unique identifier for a specific settlement.
- Settlement Level: Filter by Company or Store level settlements.
- Settled Amount: Set minimum and/or maximum amount values to filter settlements by their settled amount.
Saved Views
The filter panel includes a Saved Views feature that allows you to save a combination of filters and column configurations for future use. This makes it easy to quickly apply your preferred view settings. For more information, see the dedicated Saved Views guide.
Manage columns
You can customize which columns are displayed in the settlements table by clicking the "+" icon in the top right corner of the table.
The available columns are organized into three categories:
- Settlement: Settlement ID, Settlement Date, Settlement Level, Settlement Type, Settled Amount, Currency, Transfer Label
- Merchant: Account, Company, Store, Country, IBAN, BIC
- Fees: Total Acquiring Fees, Invoice Deduction (Charged Fees)
Select the columns you want to display, then click "Apply" to update the table. Click "Restore defaults" to return to the default column configuration.
Open a Settlement Details Panel
To view detailed information about a specific settlement, you can open the details panel using either of the following methods:
- Click anywhere on the row of the settlement you want to view.
- Click on the three dots at the end of the settlement row, then select "View details".
The details panel displays comprehensive information about the settlement, organized into sections:
- Settlement: Settlement ID, Settlement Date, Settlement Level, Settlement Type, Settled Amount, Currency, and Transfer Label.
- Merchant: Account, Company, Store, Country, IBAN, and BIC.
The Settlement ID at the top of the panel can be copied using the copy icon for use in other filters or for reconciliation purposes.
View Transactions Included in a Settlement
To view all transactions that are included in a specific settlement:
- Click on the three dots at the end of the settlement row.
- Select "View transactions" from the dropdown menu.
You will be redirected to the Acquired Transactions page with filters automatically applied to display only the transactions included in the selected settlement.
Export a List of Settlements
To export the list of settlements for reporting or reconciliation purposes:
- Click on the "Export" button located at the bottom right of the settlements table.
- Choose the desired file format by clicking on it: CSV, XLSX, or PDF.
- The file will be downloaded to your device, ready for your use.
The exported file will include all settlements matching your current filter criteria and will contain the columns currently displayed in the table.
