View a List of Acquired Transactions

Overview

The “Acquired” page allows users to view, filter, and manage a list of acquired transactions. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to utilize the features of this page effectively.

View a List of Acquired Transactions

Upon accessing the “Acquired” page, you will see a table displaying all acquired transactions.

Each transaction includes key details such as Transaction Date, Gross amount, Net amount, Settlement Date, Settlement Amount, etc.

Apply Default Filters

To begin filtering the transactions, use the default filters available at the top of the page:

  • Account: Select the account you want to view transactions for.
  • Company: Choose the company associated with the transactions.
  • Merchant: Select the merchant involved in the transactions.
  • Settlement Date: Set the date range for the settlement of the transactions.

To apply these filters:

  1. Click on the dropdown for the desired filter.
  2. Select the appropriate option(s).
  3. Click the “Search” button to apply the filters.

Apply Additional Filters

For more refined results, you can apply additional filters. Open the filter panel by clicking on “More” and fill in the desired criteria:

  • Acceptance Date
  • Remittance number
  • Contract Number
  • Transaction Settlement ID
  • Transaction Type
  • Gross Amount
  • Net Amount
  • Card Level
  • Card Type
  • BIN
  • Card Brand
  • Scheme
  • Calculation Method

To apply additional filters:

  1. Click on the “More” button to expand the filter options.
  2. Enter or select the desired filter criteria
  3. Click the “Search” button to apply the filters.

View Key Numbers

Above the transactions table, key numbers are displayed to give a summary:

  • Transactions: Total number of acquired transactions.
  • Gross Amount: Sum of the gross amounts for all acquired transactions.
  • Fees: Total fees associated with the transactions.
  • Net Amount: Total amount after fees.

These figures update dynamically based on the applied filters.

Sort Columns

To sort the transactions by any column:

  1. Click on the column header (e.g., Transaction Date, Gross Amount).
  2. The table will sort in ascending or descending order based on the selected column.

Manage Displayed Columns

To customize which columns are displayed in the table:

  1. Click on the “+” button at the top right of the table to open the “Manage Columns” panel.
  2. Check or uncheck the columns you want to display or hide.
  3. Click “Apply” to update the table view.

Open Acquired Transaction Details Panel

To view detailed information about a specific transaction, you can open the transaction details panel using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Click on a Row

  1. Simply click anywhere on the row of the transaction you want to view details for.
  2. The transaction details panel will open on the right side of the screen, displaying all relevant details about the selected transaction.

Method 2: Click on the Three Dots

  1. Hover over the row of the transaction you want to view details for.
  2. Click on the three dots icon that appears at the end of the row.
  3. Select “View details” from the dropdown menu.
  4. The transaction details panel will open on the right side of the screen, displaying all relevant details about the selected transaction.

Export Acquired Transactions

To export the list of acquired transactions for reporting purposes:

  1. Click on the “Export” button located at the bottom right of the table.
  2. Choose the desired file format (CSV, XLS, PDF).
  3. The file will be downloaded to your device. For more customized reports, refer to the “Get a Custom Report” section in the user guide.
