Get your Monthly Payment Fees Statement

Introduction

The Monthly Fees Report in the Market Pay Hub provides detailed information about the fees associated with transactions for a specific period.

This guide explains how to locate, filter, and download the Monthly Fees Report. To get your Report, you need to access the Documents section in the general menu.

Filter by Document Type

At the top of the Documents page, find the "Document type" dropdown menu and choose "Monthly fees report" from the list.

Apply Filters

FilterDescription
AccountSelect the appropriate account from the dropdown.
CompanyFilter by company. You can select multiple companies at once to broaden your search.
StoreFilter by store. You can select multiple stores at once to include reports from several locations in a single search.
PeriodSet the desired month for the report using the date selector.

Note. Please note that all filters are mandatory. You must fill in every filter before you can search for reports.

Search and Select Reports

After setting all the filters, click the Search button. The available reports matching your criteria are displayed in a results table.

Results Table

The results table displays all available report combinations based on your search criteria. It includes the following columns:

CheckboxUse the checkbox to select individual reports for download. A checkbox in the header row allows you to select or deselect all reports at once.
CompanyThe company associated with the report.
StoreThe store associated with the report.
PeriodThe month covered by the report.

Select Reports

You can select reports in two ways:

  • Select all: Click the checkbox in the header row to select all reports displayed in the table.
  • Select individual reports: Click the checkbox next to each report you wish to download.

Download a Report

Once you have selected the reports you need, click the Download button located at the bottom of the table.

  • The Download button becomes active only when at least one report is selected.
  • A loading indicator is displayed on the button while the download is being prepared.
  • When the download is ready, a success message is displayed and the file is downloaded to your device.
  • If multiple reports are selected, all files are bundled together and downloaded as a single ZIP archive.
Note. If the download fails, an error message will be displayed. Please try again or contact support if the issue persists.

Overview of the Monthly Fees Statement

The Monthly Fee Statement provides a detailed breakdown of the commissions and fees associated with acquiring contracts for the specified period.

It includes the following key components:

  1. Period Covered: The report covers transactions from a full month, from first to last calendar days.
  2. Acquiring Commission: This section lists the commissions and fees associated with acquiring transactions. It includes:
    • Card Brand: The type of card used (e.g., MasterCard, Visa, CB).
    • Card Level: The level of the card (e.g., Consumer, Business).
    • Card Type: The type of card transaction (e.g., Debit, Credit).
    • Operation Type: Specifies whether the operation was a debit or credit.
    • Transaction Details: Includes the number of transactions, gross amount processed, interchange fees, and total fees.
  3. Summary: A total of all the transactions, gross amounts, interchange fees, and total fees for all card brands combined.

Step-by-Step Summary

  1. Go to Documents in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select “Monthly fees report” from the Document type dropdown.
  3. Set your filters: Account, Company (one or multiple), Store (one or multiple), and Period.
  4. Click Search to display the available reports.
  5. Select the reports you want to download using the checkboxes.
  6. Click Download. Your file(s) will be downloaded to your device.
