This feature provides a detailed breakdown of various metrics, allowing you to analyze the financial performance of each merchant under your management.
Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate and utilize the Billing Table.
Note. To access the Billing table, navigate to the Portfolio section and open the Billing page.
Key Metrics in the Billing Table
The Billing Table displays essential financial metrics for each merchant, which include:
- Company: The name of the merchant’s company.
- Settlement Month: The specific month for which the data is being displayed.
- Retrocession: The total retrocession amount credited to the distributor for the period.
- Distributor Share Margin Rate: The percentage rate of the retrocession earned by the distributor.
- Distributor Share Margin: The actual amount of retrocession earned.
- Number of Transactions: The total number of transactions processed by the merchant during the period.
- Gross Amount: The total sales amount before any deductions.
- Total Fees: The total amount of fees charged.
- Net Amount: The total amount after fees are deducted.
- Interchange Fees: The fees paid to card networks for processing transactions.
- Scheme Fees: Fees related to the card schemes used by the customers.
Analyzing Merchants Performance
Filter Data: Use the filters at the top of the table to select specific Account, Company, and Month. This helps in narrowing down the data to the specific metrics you want to analyze.
