Manage Account Settings

Access the Settings Page

To access the settings page, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and from the dropdown menu, select “Settings.”

Select Interface Language

You can change the interface language to your preferred option: In the “General” section of the settings, click on the dropdown menu under “Language.”

Select your preferred language from the list of available options.

The interface will update to the selected language.

Manage Notifications

Notifications help you stay updated on important changes and updates within your account.

You can choose how you want to receive notifications—either in-app, via email, or both.

Perimeter Updates:

  • When a new Merchant is created: Get notified when a new merchant is added to your perimeter.
  • When a new Company is created: Receive updates when a new company is created within your perimeter.
  • When a new Account is created: Be alerted whenever a new account is established.

User Updates:

  • When a new Operator is created: Get notifications when a new operator role is assigned.
  • When a new Merchant Admin is created: Stay informed when a new merchant administrator is added.
  • When a new Market Pay Admin is created: Receive alerts for the creation of a new Market Pay admin role.

To manage these notifications: In the “Notifications” section, check the boxes under “In-App” and/or “Email” according to your preference for each type of notification.

Note. You will only be notified of new events that fall within your own perimeter.

Save Changes and Restore Defaults

After adjusting your settings, always click “Save changes” to ensure your preferences are updated.

If you wish to revert to the default settings, you can click “Restore defaults.”
