Real-time payment event notifications
Pay Online now supports automated server-to-server notifications for e-commerce payment events (e.g. authorized, captured, failed transactions). These real-time event notifications keep merchants’ systems in sync with the payment platform and enable them to automatically adjust their workflows.

🚀 New features
New terminal statuses in Estate Management
New terminal statuses have been added to the filter on the Estate Management page. You can now filter terminals with the following statuses:
- Blocked
- Block in progress
- Unblock in progress
This provides greater visibility into terminal states and ensures more accurate management.

Enhanced merchant onboarding and compliance checks
The way merchant information is collected and verified during onboarding has been improved. Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Legal Representatives will now be recorded separately, with additional details (such as citizenship and gender) captured for each person. This ensures more accurate screening and compliance checks.
The new model also brings more flexibility:
- A Legal Representative can now be either an individual or a company.
- If the Legal Representative is an individual, they may appoint an authorised person to act on their behalf, and that person’s details will also be collected.
These enhancements improve screening accuracy through the AML screening service and ensure a smoother onboarding process.
