CONTEXT
As part of our white-label offering, lifecycle e-mails can be tailored to match each client’s branding and preferred messaging style. This enhancement introduces greater flexibility in customizing the e-mails sent to users of our Tap to Pay solutions throughout their journey.

SCOPE
The E-mails a user receives throughout a standard lifecycle are :
- Registration E-mail : invites the user to set a password after their account is created in Spring
- Activation E-mail : sent once the user has successfully set their password
- Password reset E-mail : triggered when the user selects Re(set) password within the app
- Transaction receipt : sent upon manual request from merchant on the app
- User suspension Email : sent upon user suspension to suspended user
- User permanent deactivation Email : sent upon user deactivation to deactivated user
- User permanent deactivation confirmation Email : sent upon user deactivation to impacted store / merchant admin
- Only on Tap to Pay on iPhone - Solution Adoption Emails : Sent to user in case of inactivity following account registration or activation to encourage user adoption

- E-mail sender, including the preferred domain name
- Font
- Logo in header / Footer
