Overview
The Documents page allows you to download CODA files for your Belgian and Luxembourg stores.
A CODA file is a coded account statement that contains detailed transaction data for your Belgian bank accounts. It is essentially an electronic, coded version of printed bank statements and their annexes.
Note. This feature is only available for stores located in Belgium or Luxembourg, and only for users with Group, Account, or Company level permissions.
Access CODA Files
- In the left menu, click on Documents under the Reporting section.
- Select CODA from the "Document type" dropdown.
Filter CODA Files
Use the available filters to find specific CODA files:
- Account: Select the account to view associated CODA files.
- Company: Choose the company to filter the list.
- Reference date: The date or period that the CODA file covers.
- Date of generation: The date when the CODA file was generated.
Click Search to apply your filters.
Download CODA Files
- Select one or more CODA files by checking the boxes on the left side of each row.
- Click the Download button at the bottom right of the page.
- The CODA file(s) will be downloaded in .TXT format.
