Estate Management

Overview

The Estate Management page provides visibility on all payment terminals associated with your stores. You can view terminal details, monitor software versions, and manage terminal status.

Access Estate Management

  1. In the left menu, click on Estate Management under the Administration section.
  2. The page displays the Terminals view by default. You can switch between Terminals and Applications using the "Estate type" dropdown.

Filter Terminals

Use the available filters to find specific terminals:

  • Account: Select the account to view associated terminals.
  • Company: Choose the company to filter the list.
  • Store: Select a specific store.
  • Status: Filter terminals by their current status.
  • Terminal ID: Search for a specific terminal by its ID.

Click Search to apply your filters. At least one filter must be applied to display results.

Terminal List

The terminal list displays the following information:

  • Store: The store where the terminal is located.
  • Terminal ID: The unique identifier of the terminal.
  • Serial Number: The serial number of the device.
  • Device Model: The model of the terminal (e.g., A77, A920PRO).
  • Status: The current status of the terminal.
  • Software status: Indicates whether a software update is available.

Terminal Status Values

  • New: The terminal has not been attached to a store yet.
  • Pending Activation: The terminal has been attached to a store and is awaiting activation.
  • Active: The terminal is active and operational.
  • Inactive: The terminal has been deactivated.
  • Locked: The terminal is temporarily inactive.
  • Deleted: The terminal is no longer in use.

Software Status Values

  • Update available: A newer software version is available for the terminal.
  • Unknown: The software status cannot be determined.

View Terminal Details

To view detailed information about a terminal:

  1. Click on the three dots at the end of the terminal row.
  2. Select Details to open the Terminal Details panel.

The details panel displays:

  • Terminal ID: The unique identifier of the terminal.
  • Store: The store associated with the terminal.
  • Serial Number: The serial number of the device.
  • Device Model: The model of the terminal.
  • Status: The current status of the terminal.

Applications Section

This section lists all applications installed on the terminal. For each application, you can view:

  • Application name: The name of the application (e.g., NTMS Agent, Pay On Site).
  • Available version: The latest version released by Market Pay.
  • Installed version: The version currently installed on the terminal.
  • Software status: Indicates whether an update is available for this application.

Stores Using the Terminal

This section shows all stores using the terminal:

  • Owner: The store that owns the terminal.
  • Shared: Additional stores that share access to the terminal.

Lock or Unlock a Terminal

You can temporarily disable a terminal by locking it.

To lock a terminal:

  1. Click on the three dots at the end of the terminal row and select Lock, or open the Terminal Details panel and click the Lock button.
  2. A confirmation dialog appears: "Are you sure you want to Lock this terminal?"
  3. Click Submit to confirm, or Discard to cancel.

The terminal status changes to "Locked" and the terminal is temporarily inactive.

To unlock a terminal:

  1. Open the Terminal Details panel for a locked terminal.
  2. Click the Unlock button.
  3. Confirm the action in the dialog.

The terminal status returns to its previous state.

Export Terminals

To export the terminal list:

  1. Click the Export button at the bottom right of the page.
  2. Choose the desired file format (CSV, XLSX).
