Accessing Support Service Details

This guide explains how to access and use the Support Service Details feature within your application


1. How to Access Support

The support information is centrally located to ensure users of the app can find help whenever they need it.

  • Path: Open the app and navigate to the Settings menu.

  • Visibility: Note that this section is enabled or disabled based on your organization's specific configuration. If you do not see a "Support" or "Help Center" option, it may be currently deactivated for your account.


2. What’s Included in the Support Screen

The support page provides an overview of how to reach out for assistance. Because the content is customizable per flavor, the specific text may vary, but the following elements are typically available:

  • Support Title & Description: A clear heading and a brief introduction (e.g., "Contact Our Help Desk") providing context on the support available.

  • Opening Hours: Clear text indicating when the support team is active and ready to assist

  • Custom Illustration: A unique visual at the top of the screen tailored to your organization’s branding.


3. Interactive Features

The support screen isn't just a static page; it’s designed for quick action.

Note: Depending on your setup, you may see multiple website links if your organization provides different portals for technical help and general inquiries.


4. Customization for Administrators

If you are managing the app configuration ("The Flavor"), please keep in mind:

  • All text (Title, Description, Hours) is fully editable.

  • The  illustration can be swapped to match your brand identity.

  • Links and contact methods can be updated in real-time upon request.
