Customize Application

Overview

The Customize Application feature allows distributor users to personalize the Market Pay Hub with their own branding. Through this feature, you can upload your company logo, set a custom display name, and provide a dedicated support link. These customizations are applied across the Hub interface and email communications sent to your users.

This feature is available to users with the dedicated permission. By default, this permission is granted to Market Pay Admin users, as well as Account-level and Group-level users who are distributors.

Access the Customize Application Section

The customization settings are located in the Account Details panel, accessible from the Perimeter page.

Open Account Details

  1. Navigate to Administration > Perimeter in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the account list, locate the account you wish to customize.
  3. Click the three-dot menu () on the right side of the row and select View details.
  4. The Account Details panel opens on the right side of the screen.

Customize Application

This section is visible only to users with the dedicated permission. It displays the current customization status for the account:

Customize Your Application

Click the Edit button next to the “Customize application” title to open the Customize the app popup. This popup allows you to configure three customization fields, plus an additional option for Group-level users.

Page Logo

Upload a custom logo to replace the default Market Pay logo in the Hub interface. This field is optional.

Logo requirements:

  • Format: SVG or PNG
  • Aspect ratio: Wider than tall (width must be greater than height)
  • Background: Transparent background (no white fill or box)

Click the Upload button to select your logo file. Once uploaded, the file name appears next to the upload area, and a Preview section shows how your logo will look in the Hub’s navigation menu.

To remove an uploaded logo, click the icon next to the file name.

Client’s Name

Enter your company’s display name. This name will be used in email communications and exported files sent to your users. This field is optional.

Your custom name will be displayed in the email communications and exported files.

Client’s Support Link

Enter the URL of your help center or support page. This link will replace the default Market Pay support link in the Hub interface and email communications. This field is optional.

Provide the link to your help center for your clients to contact you in case of questions or incidents.

Set Customization as Default for Group-Level Users

This option is only available to Group-level users. When enabled, the customization you define will be applied as the default for all users within the group.

The toggle is enabled by default. Hover over the tooltip icon (ⓘ) for more information: "This custom data will apply to all group level users."

If you are not a Group-level user, this option will not appear in the popup.

Apply or Cancel Changes

The popup provides two action buttons at the bottom:

ButtonBehavior
ApplySubmits your customization data and closes the popup. A success confirmation message is displayed. This button is enabled only when at least one field has been modified.
CancelCloses the popup without saving any changes. A discard confirmation message is displayed. This button is always enabled.

When you reopen the popup after a previous submission, your previously saved data is pre-filled in all fields.

Where Customizations Are Applied

Once submitted, your custom data is applied across the following areas:

Hub Interface

  • Logo: Your custom logo replaces the default Market Pay logo in the Hub’s main navigation menu. If no custom logo is provided, no logo is displayed.
  • Support link: Your custom support link replaces the default “Send feedback” link in the Hub. If no custom link is provided, the “Send feedback” component is hidden.
  • Display name: The display name is not shown in the Hub interface itself. It is used exclusively in email communications (see below).

Note for distributor users: If you are a distributor, the Hub support link remains unchanged regardless of your customization settings. The standard Market Pay Hub support link is always displayed for distributor users.

Email Communications

Your custom data is applied to the following email types sent to users under the same account:

Set Up Your Password Email

  • Custom support link replaces the default contact email. If no link is set, the contact line is hidden.
  • Custom display name replaces “Market Pay Hub” and “The Market Pay Team” references throughout the email, including the subject line and footer.

Reset Your Password Email

  • Custom support link replaces the default contact references. If no link is set, the relevant contact sections are hidden.
  • Custom display name replaces Market Pay team references throughout the email.

Other Emails (New User, New Entity, User Updates, Perimeter Updates)

  • Custom display name replaces the footer address line.
  • Support link: no replacement is applied in these emails.

Note. For the emails above, the custom logo replaces the header logo. If no logo is set, no logo is displayed.

E-receipts

If custom data is available for the account, the custom logo is displayed on e-receipts. If no custom logo is available, the default Market Pay Hub logo is shown instead.

Behavior by User Type

The way customizations are applied depends on your user type:

User TypeBehavior
Market Pay AdminNo custom view is applied. The default Market Pay Hub interface is always displayed.
Group-level usersCustomization is applied based on the account where the “Default for group level users” option is set to “Yes”. This customization applies across the entire group context.
Account-level users(Operator & Merchant Admin)If custom data exists for the account, it is applied. If no custom data exists, no logo and no “Send feedback” component are displayed.

Important Notes

  • All customization fields (logo, display name, support link) are optional. You can customize one, two, or all three fields.
  • If a field is left empty, the corresponding element is hidden from the interface and emails (not replaced with a default).
  • Customizations apply to all users under the same account.
  • You can update your customization at any time by reopening the popup from the Account Details panel.
  • In case of a technical error during submission, an error message will be displayed. Please try again or contact support.
