Overview
A store represents a point of sale attached to a company. Store creation is handled entirely within the Hub.
Note: A store can be created before the company KYB review is complete. However, the contract is only sent to the merchant once KYB is fully approved.
Access the Store Creation Form
You can access the store creation form in two ways:
- From the confirmation page displayed after completing company creation, click Add a store.
- From the Submissions page, click Create new store at the top of the page, or click + Add Store in the Store column next to the relevant company.
Fill In the Store Details

Banking Information
The Banking information section is only displayed for Acquiring & Acceptance companies. It collects the bank account details required for settlement. This section is not shown for Acceptance Only companies.
Review and Submit
Once all fields are filled, click Review & submit to see a summary of the information you entered. Review the details and click Submit to confirm.
After submission, a confirmation page displays the updated onboarding progress:
- Create a company — KYB status displayed (e.g. Pending review)
- Add a store — Completed
- Add solutions — Ready to proceed
You can either proceed to add solutions or skip and resume later from the Submissions page.
