Overview
Market Pay Hub notifies you about the status of your KYB submissions through two channels: in-app notifications (Hub notification center) and email.
Note: Notifications are only generated for Acquiring & Acceptance offers. Acceptance Only onboarding does not trigger KYB notifications.
Notification Types

Default Activation
All notification types are activated by default for Operators & Merchant Admins.
Both in-app and email channels are enabled by default for each notification type.
Note: KYB Approved and KYB Rejected are grouped as a single notification setting — they cannot be toggled independently.
Manage Notification Settings
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Hub.
- Go to Settings, then select Onboarding updates.
- Toggle each notification type on or off independently for the in-app and email channels.
Events That Do Not Trigger a Notification
The following events are communicated directly through the interface or the Submissions page and do not generate a Hub notification:
- Successful submission of the KYB form
- Status changes to Pending review, Documents requested, Action requested, or Resubmission requested
