Onboarding notifications

Overview

Market Pay Hub notifies you about the status of your KYB submissions through two channels: in-app notifications (Hub notification center) and email.

Note: Notifications are only generated for Acquiring & Acceptance offers. Acceptance Only onboarding does not trigger KYB notifications.


Notification Types

Default Activation

All notification types are activated by default for Operators & Merchant Admins. 

Both in-app and email channels are enabled by default for each notification type.

Note: KYB Approved and KYB Rejected are grouped as a single notification setting — they cannot be toggled independently.


Manage Notification Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Hub.
  2. Go to Settings, then select Onboarding updates.
  3. Toggle each notification type on or off independently for the in-app and email channels.

Events That Do Not Trigger a Notification

The following events are communicated directly through the interface or the Submissions page and do not generate a Hub notification:

  • Successful submission of the KYB form
  • Status changes to Pending review, Documents requested, Action requested, or Resubmission requested
