Tap to Pay Android & iPhone

Android app version: 1.6.56

iPhone app version: 1.0.9

Note. We strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version of the app as soon as it becomes available. Each new version includes bug fixes and performance improvements that resolve known issues and ensure a more stable experience.

🚀 New features

Tap to Pay Android & iPhone: User account deletion

A new user lifecycle step has been introduced, allowing merchants to permanently delete user accounts.

This enables better staff offboarding and account management. Once a user is deleted, access is immediately revoked across all active sessions.

Key capabilities

  • API-based deletion. User deletion requests can be performed via the Market Pay Management API (see the updated Market Pay - API Hub for details).
  • Immediate session termination. If a user is active in the application at the time of deletion, they are automatically logged out.
  • Email reuse. Email addresses of deleted users can now be reused to create new user accounts without triggering duplicate entry errors.

Tap to Pay iPhone: Transaction cancellation

Transaction cancellation is now supported in the Tap to Pay on iPhone application.

This feature allows merchants to cancel a transaction before it is cleared, avoiding the need to process a refund.

Impact

  • Improved transaction control
  • Greater operational flexibility during payment processing
  • Reduced need for refund processing

Availability

The capability is available for financial institutions.

Note. Activation is available upon request. Please contact your account manager.

Market Pay Hub

🚀 New features

Light white-label configuration for Market Pay Hub

A lightweight white-label configuration is now available for the Market Pay Hub, allowing client-specific branding to be applied dynamically.

When enabled, the Hub can display customized elements such as logo, support link, and display name on a per-account basis.

Branding scope

Branding is applied according to user role:

  • Market Pay Admin users always see the default Hub interface.
  • Group-level users inherit branding from their default account.
  • Operator / Merchant Admin users display custom branding when configured. If no branding is available, the default interface is shown.
  • Distributor users retain the standard Hub support link regardless of branding configuration. The display name is used in emails only and does not affect the Hub interface.

Reliability

If branding data is temporarily unavailable, the Hub automatically falls back to the default interface to ensure a consistent and stable user experience.

Coming soon. This feature will also apply to e-receipts. When custom branding is configured for an account, the custom logo will replace the default Hub logo on the receipt, whether accessed via URL or through the Hub.

Export multiple Monthly Fees Reports (RAMFEC)

The Documents page has been enhanced to allow users to search, select, and download multiple monthly fees reports in a single export.

Previously, reports could only be downloaded individually. This update aligns the monthly fees report workflow with the existing invoice tab experience.

The new workflow introduces multi-select on the Store filter and replaces the direct Download button with a Search action. Search results are displayed in a table (Account, Company, Store, and Period), where users can select one, multiple, or all reports via checkboxes. Once at least one report is selected, the Download button becomes available and exports all selected reports in a single ZIP file.

Note. The initial release does not include a limit on the number of documents per export. Limits may be adjusted later based on actual usage.

🌟 Improvements

Streamlined support access in the Hub menu

The support section in the Hub’s left-side menu has been simplified to provide a clearer and more consistent support experience.

The menu now includes two entry points:

  • Help center widget with a Support button
  • Documentation link

The Documentation link directs all users to the Market Pay Hub section in Market Pay Assist.

The Support button adapts based on user configuration:

  • For merchants and distributors, it redirects to the Market Pay Assist request creation page, centralizing support requests.
  • For distributor deployments, the button can redirect to a custom support link if configured. If no custom link is set, the support option is hidden.

This update reduces duplication and ensures a more consistent support experience across deployments.

More accessible language selector

A language selector dropdown has been added to the Hub’s top navigation bar to improve visibility and ease of access.

Previously, language settings were available only through the Settings page.
